First, the installation method of CNC tool holder collet chuck
Before installing the spring chuck, you must first install the clamp spring into the lock nut (as shown in the figure below), and then gently screw the lock nut with the clamp spring on the post or knife handle. After the tool is installed, it can be clamped and put into work with a very difficult hand.
In order to obtain performance, before installing the spring chuck, please clean the threaded part, positioning surface and cone surface of the clamp spring, lock nut.
During the installation process of the lock nut, the clamp spring lock nut must be tilted to a certain angle, and then gently placed in the locking clip of the lock nut, (as shown below)
Two. Precautions for CNC Tool Holder Collet Chuck
When clamping a tool with a collet chuck for cutting, it must be noted that the clamping spring must clamp the tool to prevent the tool from flying out during high-speed rotation and causing accidents.
When the collet chuck handle is not working, it is strictly forbidden to tighten the clamping nut on the handle or post when installing the tool to prevent the clamping spring from deforming and brittle fracture.
